(OCT)
OCT uses light waves to take cross-sectional pictures of your retina. Your Optometrist can see each of the retina’s distinctive layers and measure their thickness to help with diagnosis. This data also provides treatment guidance for glaucoma and many diseases of the retina, including age-related macular degeneration (AMD), diabetic eye disease, glaucoma and more.
Optos Advanced Retinal Imaging
The Optos produces a 200° single-capture optomap retinal image of unrivaled clarity in less than ½ second without the use of Dilating drops. See inside of the eye for the most detailed health screening, drop free. Used to assess for retinal holes, tears, detachments, floaters, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, macular degeneration and countless other conditions.
